My Dad has been having hip pain so I was researching online and found these Hip Flexor exercises. We tried them and they felt pretty good. I don't have hip issues but the stretches felt great for both of us. We haven't been doing them long enough to know if it will reduce his hip pain but he said it felt good after trying these stretches. Check them out if you are having hip issues. Or even if your aren't, they feel good. These two guys teaching this are physical therapist and they have 1.2 million subscribers on YouTube. They seem to know what they're doing and as I said they felt good for us when we tried them.

These are some good helpful tips. I agree with all of them except tip # 4. They say eat often. I disagree with that, I do way better with intermittent fasting. I am not a nutritionist or scientist but that works best for me.

I eat a lot of chicken during the week and sometimes I get really bored of it. So I am going to start trying some different ways to make it. This recipe looks excellent. I am going to try this next week. This recipe calls for skin on the chicken and I usually only eat skinless chicken so I will just try it with skinless and see how it comes out.

Tender braised chicken bathed in a creamy French mustard and wine sauce.

I have been doing intermittent fasting the past couple weeks as well and it's probably too soon to say but I feel pretty good doing it and I feel like it's working pretty well so far. I do it 6 days a week in I skipped oh on Sundays. Monday through Saturday I don't eat till after 2 p.m. except one coffee in the morning and no later than about 8 p.m. Chris Pratt talks about it in this article although I doubt he even really needed to lose weight but he thinks it works as well.

Chris Pratt recently revealed he has started intermittent fasting, and claims that it is helping him lose weight.
