Hello friends, we have made some changes to our Health & Wellness events this year. The April 6th event is cancelled due to recent flooding. The August 17th event "Dickson County ROAD to HEALTH" is raging forward and going to be AMAZING!! Please SAVE the DATE!! We will have 3 competitions.
1. Couples (or Two Person Team) 2 Mile Obstacle Mud Dash that will benefit DCHS JROTC program (special prizes for those in wedding attire).
2. Cowboy & Cowgirl "Body Fit" Competition (boots, jeans and hat required. Chaps and spurs optional.
3. Equine Mountain Trail Obstacle Challenge (MTOC)
There will be health & wellness demos and free health evaluations for people and horses, specialty vendors, kids activities, live music and food! Sponsors, vendors, and volunteers needed.
