Most people, if not all, are feeling the stress of all that's going on in the world. It's easy to get caught up in the world events. This is a gentle reminder to take a moment to just "Be". Sit. close your eyes. Breath deeply. Relax into the moment. Over the next couple of weeks/months try to take a minute to connect to yourself. Listen to your own heart and tune into your own soul. It will never misguide you.
