Your Yoga-Sophie Kittow I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher with experience in Hatha Flow, Yin and relaxation techniques. My classes are suitable for all levels.

I'm a fully qualified yoga teacher with experience in Hatha Flow, Yin, breath and relaxation techniques. I am currently offering small group and private classes. I have a beautiful space in Masterton with a rural views including the Tararuas.

Thank you for the fabulous turn out at our first,Yoga in The Vines, last week 🙏 It will be held every Sunday at the same time up until Christmas. Whatever the weather, as there is lovely sheltered deck. Please bring a towel or eye pillow for shavasana, the sun can be very bright at that time of day. Love from, Sophie

It's Your Yoga's 1st Anniversary! I've just taken my 115th Yoga Class🪷. I've enjoyed and appreciated all the opportunities I've had to teach classes to a wide variety of people in our community. A big thank you to all of my regulars, you know who you are. Thank you to Nicola Madden for the use of the Dance Studio. I was honored to be part of Wairarapa's 1st Yoga Festival earlier in the year. I have felt very welcomed by the yoga community and are grateful for all of your love and support. Namaste 🙏
