Friends, as promised I am launching my public page Dr. Christian Camilleri. This is a space that I would like the public to utilise in order to get the required information on how to overcome discriminatory practices against all minorities. It will also be a platform where one can read about positive experiences of people who have managed to deal with adversity and prejudice successfully.

Moreover, I will be doing vlogs and sharing particular events of my life and those of others to help those who are feeling disheartened follow their dreams.

‘𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗲’ 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆-𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗶.

He recently started an online group called ‘Achieving Independence'. The group helps connect those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, seniors or their relatives with carers, drivers, gym instructors and other professionals.

“What we’re trying to do is cut out the middleman and avoid agents – who have their own fees – so people with disabilities can employ them on their own terms,” he said.
