Mediums II is a transcendent group show of work inspired by psychic readings with Hank Hivnor, curated by dear buddy Mike Hambouz now on view at Lorimoto Gallery. ‪On October 26‬, Mariko Tamegai and I will create contemplative music channeled with the healing energy of Reiki. Guided by the psychic and creative realms explored in the show, we'll perform an experimental soundscape with a variety of instruments including theremin, gong, singing bowls, and more - to balance the frequencies of the heart, mind, and spirit.

Hank has been an integral part of my own psychic journey so it's a special joy to create vibrations to accompany these visions from the mystic and spiritual dimensions. The veil is thin my friends, let's jump into the portal✨✨✨

Workshop afternoon under the auspices of Virgo season and New Wave music for new stockists. This batch of Creator especially smells and feels so good. ✨✨✨

As we move through the cycle of creation, certain duties take turns eclipsing the sweet spots. Today I'm celebrating a sweet spot; happy to be filling orders, focused on the alchemy of plant and stone energies and trusting in the process.

Every bottle of Spirit Work is completely unique, from the Reiki sessions I give to my essences to my imperfectly-hand-applied labels. I love making these sprays so much.💜

CRYSTALS and SOUND::Cosmic Soundbath on Sunday June 2 at 5 PM

I love doing sound and crystal healing in groups because in the presence of others, a more expansive connection to these energies is possible.

This Sunday evening we'll work with these beautiful fluorite stones to invite in cosmic clearing. Fluorite is a gentle friend that sings harmony and light into your being. It’s a shape-shifting wonder that can awaken your intuition, organize your thoughts, and refresh your energy. With Fluorite by your side you can attune to the energies of a higher, astral consciousness and reprogram your emotional DNA.

In a soundbath, the flow of soothing acoustic vibrations from instruments like quartz singing bowls and gong support your physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing; aromatherapy with my handmade essential oil + crystal essence mists will assist in the flow of energy.

Family Sound Circle: In a circle we travel and arrive where we began. Join me at on Sunday April 7 at 3 PM for our monthly soundbath for families.

These afternoons are a beautiful time to pause and connect; to invite in mindful presence, and experience the tranquil vibrations of a cosmic orchestration of sounds, together as a family.

This shorter, informal gathering offers the restorative magic of a soundbath while allowing for the freedom of being for all members of our families. Books and drawing materials will be on hand. Family Sound at Grand Street Healing Project returns next Sunday at 3!

This is a cozy way to drop in to a peaceful sound meditation and connect in community together as a family.

No need to worry about having your kids sit still. Whispering and stretching is encouraged and books and drawing materials are provided. This is a shorter version (approx 30 minutes) of my sound bath for adults.
