I am a professional reflexologist and was awarded the Centralia Reflexology Mastership Level 5, the highest qualification in the field. Reflexology is a non invasive discipline that works on the principle of reflex areas in the feet and hands and how they correspond with the body’s systems. Reflexology is a distinctive method that applies gentle but firm pressure to the reflex areas using the thum

b and/ or fingers. Reflexology relieves tension and reduces stress, improves circulation and helps to restore the body’s natural balance. I offer a unique, personal and client specific treatment plan to meet the personal needs of the individual. First Treatment involves a complete medical history and examination of the feet. Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your appointment for whatever reason please contact me at least 24hours in advance. please be advice that I do reserve the right to charge a full treatment fee if an appointment is missed or has not been cancelled. unforeseen emergency's will be considered and may not result in a fee.
