We had a TIME last week at Atlanta Tech Week + Render ATL 🔥

I met some of the most innovative, intentional folks—from therapists curious about tech, to founders rethinking how we heal, connect, and build in this digital age.

I even got to bless a few attendees with free tickets to RenderAtl 🎟️💻—and the convos that followed? Let’s just say the future of care is in good hands.

And yes... I made a few new friends along the way 👀✨

If last week taught me anything, it’s this:
Tech isn’t the opposite of healing—it can be the bridge.

Today, I’m hosting the Therapy Meets Tech workshop live at Atlanta Tech Village Buckhead, where we’re bridging the gap between mental health and innovation.

Hey y’all!

I’m baaaack! After a much-needed hiatus to recover and face some life changes, I’m feeling refreshed and ready to reconnect with you all.
Let’s be honest, taking a break wasn’t exactly in my self-care plan, but sometimes life throws you curveballs, and you gotta learn to hit them out of the park (or at least catch them with your glove). ⚾️
I’m excited to share more about my experiences and the self-care lessons I’ve learned along the way. Remember, self-care isn’t always bubble baths and face masks (although those are great too! ). It’s about showing up for yourself, even when it’s messy and unexpected.
