Fiona Diver Yoga Moycullen I took a break from teaching after the birth of my daughter but was delighted to return to it in 2022. My classes are accessible to all. TRAINING:

I became a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) in 2011 and taught a weekly class from the start of 2011 to the end of 2015 during which I supplemented my training with Yoga Synergy’s “The Applied Anatomy and Physiology of Hatha Yoga” with licensed Physiotherapists Simon Borg Olivier MScBAppSc (Physiotherapy) and Bianca Machliss (BSc BAppSc (Physiotherapy). My RYT 200 training was based on Iyengar alignment, an Ashtanga based sequence of poses and Viniyoga. I am continuously learning and have practiced many different styles of yoga with many different teachers over the years. How I teach is influenced by what has resonated with me most from all of that experience and by doing my best to keep up with the latest and most reliable scientific information regarding health and wellbeing. You can expect to build strength, improve flexibility, practice pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Taking this time out is invaluable and more necessary than ever in the busy lives we lead today.
