Spring is a season of renewal—and a great time to check in on your health.

During National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month, we’re highlighting one of the most preventable, yet still common cancers. Colorectal cancer often develops without symptoms in its early stages, making screening incredibly important.

The good news? When caught early, it’s highly treatable—and in many cases, preventable. Routine screenings can detect and remove precancerous polyps before they become cancer.

Screening is recommended starting at age 45 for adults at average risk. If you have a family history or other risk factors, talk to your provider about starting sooner.

Call 920.206.3042 to schedule your colonoscopy or visit www.watertownregional.com/news-stories/news/get-a-colon-screening
