-is not just identifying the areas in which energy isn’t moving and flowing throughout your body

-is not just feeling and processing your feelings, and expanding your capacity to do so

-is not just moving the spine in all directions, thus ensuring vitality and longevity

-is not just a coming back home to yourself, sitting at the seat of your soul

-is not just familiarizing yourself with the subtle cues within your body, learning to trust yourself and your intuition

-is not just providing a generational rewrite and helping you to create new neural pathways and new thought patterns

-is not just a conversation with your body, with your mind, with your soul

-is not just a connection with the divine, with nature, with yourself

-is not just returning to softness, to stillness, to the innate authenticity and wisdom that resides within

I desire to work with people who feel things deeply and who are willing to lean into their emotions rather than shut them down.

This is a struggle that is so close to my heart. I am done feeling like something is wrong with me because things feel really big to me. I am overstimulated easily, I pick up on subtle energy, and I am done apologizing for it or trying to make myself small to fit into others’ versions or perceptions of me.

I am willing to be seen, I am willing to FEEL, and I am willing to take up space.

Have you thought about what life could feel like if you didn’t have to carry the added weight of worry, shame, fear, guilt, self-doubt, or intrusive thoughts on a loop?

What if you were able to act as the observer, viewing thoughts + emotions as visitors passing through? Not attaching to them and not allowing them to consume your life?

Throughout most of my life, I’ve been overwhelmed by the weight of intrusive thoughts + feeling my emotions deeply. Not wanting to feel these emotions led me to self destructive and escapism behaviors, such as toxic relationships, explosive outbursts, and substance abuse.

Yoga and mindfulness truly changed my life, allowing me to befriend my emotions, truly feel them, lean into the discomfort of them, act as a witness when they arise, and uncover deeper meaning and patterning behind my intrusive thought patterns.

This practice is accessible for you, too! Book a 1:1 mindfulness coaching session with me today and receive ongoing support after the initial session.

It takes 63 repititions to intercept an intrusive thought and re-direct that thought. This is the beginning of a neurocycle and the beginning of the formation of new neural pathways! 🧠

Mindful Flow will occur Thursday morning at 9:30 AM , per usual.

I have not been feeling called to share on this social media account much lately. I typically have more engagement on my personal account. However, I am emerging from a very restful state of being and ready to bloom with you all!
