🔥 A federal jury in Detroit awarded $12.69 million to Lisa Domski, a former IT specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM), after finding she was wrongfully terminated for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine on religious grounds.

Domski, a devout Catholic, requested a religious exemption citing her belief that the vaccines were developed or tested using fetal cell lines derived from abortions.

The verdict included the following damages:
Punitive Damages: $10 million.
Emotional Distress: $1 million.
Lost Wages: Approximately $1.7 million (comprising roughly $315,000 in back pay and $1.375 million in front pay/future wages).
