🚨 A shocking investigation by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has uncovered a chilling truth: a federally funded organ procurement organization authorized organ donations from patients STILL SHOWING SIGNS OF LIFE!

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. called the findings “horrifying,” exposing “clear negligence” in the organ transplant system.

The probe, conducted by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), revealed that in 351 cases reviewed, 103 showed “concerning features,” with 73 patients displaying neurological signs incompatible with organ donation.

Even more disturbing?

At least 28 patients may NOT have been deceased when organ procurement began.

This scandal, centered around the Kentucky-based Network for Hope (formerly Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates), raises serious ethical and legal questions about “donation after circulatory death,” where organs are taken from patients with severe brain injuries but some brain activity.

RFK Jr. is now pushing for sweeping reforms, demanding accountability and stricter safeguards to protect vulnerable patients.

“The entire system must be fixed to ensure every potential donor’s life is treated with the sanctity it deserves,” he said.
