Most people look for the answers outside of themselves but all the answers are within. We just need to sit quietly with our eyes closed and quieten the mind to access those answers. This is a daily practice not just a one off thing to do. Give meditation a go and commit to say... 10 mins a day. I once heard if you've not got time to meditate then make it 2 hours instead! Ha 💜🙏
