Sue is a qualified mindfulness and meditation leader with Skillful Mind specialising in practical everyday stress management techniques. Sue is an avid meditator and advanced student of the Dr Joe Dispenza method.

Both Sue and Ella are health and wellbeing enthusiasts and ambassadors and members of the Live Clean Collective – a community network of wellbeing experts and professionals promoting cutting edge health prevention and well being options.
