Karen Grosz was certified at Functional Diagnostic Nutrition and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am passionate about health and wellness achieved through nutrition and lifestyle changes for women in midlife and empty nesting. After years of an elusive reason for not feeling well, I was diagnosed with GERD (chronic acid reflux) and Barrett’s Esophagus in 2011. Instead of staying on PPI’s

for the rest of my life, I went on a mission to change my health through the food I put into my body. During this time, I discovered that many women are struggling with their own health challenges. I love seeing the results women have achieved by making small changes. The energy they discover at a comfortable weight, brings me joy. Habit implementation and simple changes have been the core of my success in life and health. I am passionate about helping women entering the second stage of life and empty nesters find their inner wisdom to be able to live the life they want with energy and passion, and with that new-found energy, pursue their own passions.
