Sunday Soliloquies for Your Soul

What if healing was the process of uprooting enmity - deep, rooted hatred - from your psyche and soul? And replacing it with radiant, unconditional love. The type of love that shifts every timeline.

And each of us doing that - rooting out self-hatred - affects the psychic microbiome of the planet and enlightens us into sacred homeostasis.

A few truths. A few sillies and definitely words to ponder. Which one resonates with you?

The summer solstice is bringing full light to all possibilities - life, creation, destruction, war.

Concerned? Fearful?

Choose first the kingdom of heaven and all will be added to you - be prayerful, be mindful, study the characteristics of The Most High God, seek to amplify them in yourself. Pray for wisdom and pray for DISCERNMENT. As you walk on the physical in this body, stay connected to the Spirit.

I am grateful to have said Yes to birthing HoopYogini™ which is a movement modality integrating mindfulness, intentionality, self-awareness, physical fitness, and energy attunement. This past week brought light to this healing practice as a blessing to my own walk in this body and in support of many women on the planet.

Women …
Create space everyday to sit with yourself and God - to be present of the expression that you are, predestined to sacred embodiment out of the mind of the Divine. Then, practice movement from this awareness. This is the Divine Dance.

Great Moment, Beauty! I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Jocelyn, a woman devoted to the sacred path of motherhood.

My biggest teachers are my daughters, two young queens: my first love, born when I was 26, now a vibrant, deep 24-year-old; and my miracle baby, born to me at 41, now a bright, ambitious 9-year-old.

Conceived and born in Bermuda, I grew up on the East Coast of the U.S, went to an HBCU, and worked in NYC in the 90’s at the intersection of music, fashion, and media. I’ve been a Stylist (The Fugees, Smashing Pumpkins, Halle Berry & more), Executive Assistant, A&R Rep, and occasional Model.

Life’s adventures have danced me across the world, having provided permission for me to live in:

• The wild, majestic beauty of Big Sur, California where I developed

• The energetic splendor of Bali, Indonesia, where God brought me more deeply into conscious conception and fertility work

• The natural spaciousness of New Zealand, amplifying community and dance

Awareness of healing and ancestral patterns of pain and power came to me early - my first bodywork study was at age 5 when I entered a five year apprenticeship with Bernice, my grandmother’s Reflexologist.

One of my most profound awakenings occurred at age 10, when my innocent heart and spirit intervened in a miraculous way – I became lucid while sleeping and at the start of a seizure, my inner spirit said “NO”. I never had another one.

These experiences speak to a lifelong exploration as student and teacher of holistic healing, spiritual growth, and embodied wisdom.

As an Embodiment and Fertility Coach, I support visionary women like you in reclaiming creative freedom, reproductive confidence, and the inner treasures you may have set aside as a child to survive. Together, we ensure that your children don’t have to do the same work.

Been posting more on Stories however time with these ladies inspired my heart into Post.

What a pleasure to meet many of the Black and Brown Birth Protectors, Midwives and Doulas at the

Recognizing Mama Sheila as a Grandmother Midwife nurturing the roots of the community here and seeing her as a reflection of my Grandmother Midwife Mentor, was the sweetest moment.

Connecting with women, celebrating the lineage of mothers, and supporting the ancestors making their way to embodiment on Earth - each and everyone of you inspire me deeper into the path of Fertility Coach.
