Fitness and exercise has become something people dread and feel forced to do. Why? It was used as a punishment, it is used as a metric of worth, and we were told we “have” to do it to look good. Remember being a kid and running around and not thinking about any of that? How much fun and how good it felt to just be free and move your body however you want. Let’s get back to that. Run without your watch, dance like a maniac, feel inspired, feel strong, feel silly, find what moves you and then do.
