Im not eating a ketogenic diet. Im more moderate carbs and trying to eat clean and consume herbs and supplements that address the Lyme disease as well as promote health and wellness. Im working out 4-5 days per week at home & seeing the muscle memory so it’s thing. I’m drinking exogenous ketones daily and I think it is helping with the information and lime disease bacteria since salt kills infection That being said, I’m not thinking this should not be a keto page but more of a health and wellness or men’s fitness page. what say you? who has a name change idea? Fit over fitty ? lol
