Don't Diet, Change Your Habits🌝

Diet is not what we actually consider it. You are what you eat.
Your body biological clock respond according to your habits.

If you wake up early and have your breakfast in between 7-9 am you are feeding far more better rather than breakfast at 12 pm.

Laterly, next meal timing will be adjusted accordingly.

So, if you don't want to give yourself tough time, change your habits.

🥤Stay hydrated
🌚Manage sleep
