WE are not here to KILL off our Ego…
We are here to LOVE and PARENT it into Ascension

This whole idea of Ego death is a myth!
We agreed to have an Ego to show up on this Earth plane.
Why would we want to kill it?
THE EGO wants to kill itself. Because it knows it doesn’t really exist.
When you try to KILL something..what happens? There is a HUGE struggle…Try holding someone under water..they will fight…why would you want to FIGHT and struggle with a Shadow? A HUGE waste of energy wouldn’t you say?
INSTEAD
Parent your Ego with Love. Tame the ego to be in SERVICE to your Higher Self. Allow your higher self to lead. Observe the Ego but do not allow it to overtake you.
Many people actually believe their EGO is who they are. They feel unworthy, unsafe , alone and afraid.
THE KEY of Ascension is to DIS-IDENTIFY with your Ego and FREE yourself from the Story!
BUT HOW?????
The first steps are to dismantle the egoic structure.
Begin by identifying your unconscious beliefs which you have lived by your entire life. This is where the deep foundational work is. Like tilling the soil to plant your new garden.
Many people like to skip this important step…and jump to the better feeling beliefs. But that’s like having a basement filled with old trash and mold..no matter how much you fix up your home…the foundation is rotting and the house will collapse eventually.
So how do you make the UNCONSCIOUS conscious?
SLOW DOWN…begin to observe your thoughts, feelings and actions. I do a daily character review. I notice when I make choices from fear rather than love. I go into my body and FEEL the energy and ask what the message this pain is giving me. Then I feel it and release it.. Then I replace it with a CONSCIOUS truth which serves my POWERFUL SOUL.
For example… a thought comes….”I am never getting ahead”. Observe it without your story. Notice the patterns in your life on how you have experienced it over and over again. NEXT, ask yourself. “Is it true that I never get ahead? Is it true there is there is an ahead? “What would happen if I didn’t believe that and I recognized that I am in the perfect place for my evolution? What would happen if I didn’t have a story or memories about this? What if I just got to Earth today and had Amensia and didn’t identify with my ego or beliefs…who would I BE?
This is just ONE example of how to begin to do the deep inner/shadow work which keeps you STUCK in your patterns and story.
The next step is to focus MORE on your IAM (higher self). Give it oxygen…let it lead. Spend time in connection with your higher source. This takes discipline and daily practice…many times a day.
