Diabetes and Nutrition Partners, LLC was established in September 2023 to empower individuals living with diabetes and prediabetes to take control of their health and lead fulfilling lives. The company is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized diabetes education and support services that equip its clients with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively take control of their health. The company was created with the strong belief that education and empowerment are the cornerstones of effective diabetes management and that everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive! Our founding members are: Katie Wiechnicki MPH RN CDCES, Joanne Scott MSN RN CDCES, Beverly Seagren RD LD CDCES, and Laura Smith RD LD CDCES

We are a new group in town - but certainly not the new kids on the block! We have worked together as part of a team for years, and have decades of combined experience in diabetes education and medical nutrition therapy. Appointments will be virtual and may be scheduled online on our website or through SimplePractice. 🎉 We're super excited to share that our very own Katherine Poff Wiechnicki has officially graduated from the program at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center! This 12-week journey has been all about gaining clarity, building community, and picking up the tools to take Diabetes and Nutrition Partners, LLC to the next level with confidence. As part of this program, we've grown our business and even got featured on the Nasdaq tower in Times Square! 🌟
