Did you even go to Bali if you didn’t do a post of your food tour?! 😆
It’s so easy to eat healthy in Bali so of course I ate a loooot of fresh fruit, drank freshly pressed juices, but definitely also got in some delicious burgers, Italian style pizzas and a glass of wine or two

Honestly, this is likely how I would have eaten even if I had PD still!
Mostly easy to digest fruits and veggies and quality animal protein or tempeh, but definitely with a few treats and there…
And since we’re typically much more chilled out while we’re on vacay, our inflammation bucket is just naturally going to be lower. Meaning? We can definitely treat ourselves more and just ENJOY ourselves!
I bring a small handful of supplements to keep my immune system and gut happy, but for the most part I’m just letting myself CHILL.
If you’ve got trip plans soon… remember: you don’t have to be perfect!! Have the occasional margarita, get the burger with the fries instead of a salad once or twice, and allow yourself to feel JOY and BLISS 🥹😌✨
