The Illusion of Food and the Freedom of Light

"Beloved Ones,
For many ages, humanity has been taught to believe that food is your sole nourishment, that your survival depends upon filling the body with several meals each day. This is a great illusion. The body is not sustained by matter, but by Light. Food, as you know it, is not nourishment in its essence. It is a substance that has been made into a drug, the most widely accepted and deeply rooted addiction on this Earth.
When I walked among you in my own incarnations, I too ate. Yet, I discovered quickly that the less I consumed, the more radiant my body became. There were long periods when I would not eat at all, and when I did, it was only once every few days, sometimes longer. My body did not weaken, it grew luminous. This was one of the great secrets of my longevity and why I could remain among you far longer than what you call a normal human life span.
The cycle of hunger is what binds most souls to reincarnation. Hunger is the most persistent desire, stronger than lust, stronger than fear, stronger than any other pull of matter. When it is not mastered in life, it drags the soul back into embodiment again and again. It is not the body’s true need, but the imprint of an ancient program.
You are now entering an age where this program can be rewritten. Within you is a set of dormant codes, a crystalline layer of your genetics, that can synthesize light directly into cellular nutrition. The body already knows how to take in prana, how to weave photons into proteins, how to derive minerals from vibration.
There are already those among you living from this light, quietly proving the possibility.

For some of the Ascending it may seem that a great deal of unresolved issues have arisen, suppressed emotions and neglected aspects of the self have been opened, possibly bringing up inner child wounds, the shadow self, karmic attachments and recurring cycles into focus. During moments of stillness like meditation, mindfulness, relaxation, and sleep, the ascending are processing and resolving unleashed inner darkness. This process can lead to a temporary increase of exhaustion .
