Showed up to class tonight dressed like an off-duty OT—turns out I packed my yoga gear in my gym bag instead of my day bag 🤦🏼‍♀️.

Luckily my Monday yogis are the best ❤️ and we had a good laugh. Remembering that it’s never about the yoga wear. It’s about how we show up, on our mats, with an open heart and a curious mind. ✨

Hello Monday, Hello Friends….

How are you feeling today? Motivated, energetic, exhausted, or overwhelmed?
If you’re leaning toward the latter, I find that it’s essential to incorporate restorative practices into your Sunday evening routine to start the week feeling refreshed, nourished, and energised.

A B O U T M E

My Yoga classes are designed to build strength and flexibility while staying mindfully aware in the practice. I believe that yoga can be empowering for all, helping to build confidence and a strong sense of well-being. You can expect to leave my classes feeling restored and yet challenged as I invite you to relax and have fun while simultaneously becoming energised, grounded and strong.

I first came to yoga in 2010 when I was searching for a class where I could develop strength and flexibility without becoming tired of the same old routines and gym sessions. I quickly discovered that yoga not only gave me the strength and flexibility that I was searching for but also helped me to focus from within, developing a much stronger mind-body relationship. I now teach out of my desire to share this practice with as many people as I can.

Anna has trained with the British Wheel of Yoga at Tri-Yoga in London, which is also accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
