Healthy eating and potion control go hand in hand. You would be amazed at how much food you can eat when you eat from the food groups while adding portion control onto the equation.

I eat 5 times a day, I use my containers to measure so I eat the right portion.....definitely don't want to eat less.

30 minutes of exercise, making healthy food choices and portion control is what your body needs to win.

I love keeping my fruits and vegetables in mason jars, they stay fresh fow weeks. Do you use Mason jars?

It only takes a few days of eating super healthy to get on the right path. Give it a try! For 3 days do not over eat or cheat....no chios, candy, fast food, sugar. You can do it, you will be amazed how you feel in only 3 days.
Here I am having yogurt with blueberries and a tsp of almond butter.

For lunch I have beans steamed then sautéed in coconut oil and garlic.
