My massage client today was an 84-year-old man. This guy has put his body thru the ringer. hip replacement, overcame cancer, and taking a punch of pills for the post treatment of too much radiation from chemo, doesn't work out and is overweight. However.

His body is still holding strong, and his joints are still in great condition. His body to me felt more like a 63-year-old man. He came off my table today looked at my hands and kissed them. He then said.

" How can these small hands have so much power." I smiled.
I replied.
"Because God gave me a Gift, and I learned Tui Na."

He then said. "All of my old friends are amazed at how good my body is at 84."
"I tell them is because I get a lot of massage treatments."

I smiled. replied. "That's right! Massage and the power of touch transforms the body, makes one grow younger."
"Great answer Sir. I am happy you get it." :)

Moral of the story.

Today I worked on a knee that has been through many surgeries and a replacement.

As a result very little range of motion. Inflammation, scar tissue, frozen, blocked and stagnant causing the entire body to move out of alignment.

No balance creates trickling effects up and down the body. Tuina disorders of the knee helps to reach the energetic levels of the subtle body. Creating flow and energy flow.

My clients after checking in on their body the next day. ---> very important to follow up on my bodywork therapy clients. I always ask how is your body? And how did you sleep?

These 2 things reveal so much about the inner landscape of a human being. It makes me feel so happy when I get these types of text messages.

It means it worked and the body shifted. When both the client and the therapist move out of the way--- to allow the Divine to come thru. Real healing takes place.

Through me- I move out of the way- I surrender as the facilitator.

Through my client-- He let's go --he surrenders.

This union creates full blown energy flow. Sky and Earth meet.

Deep relaxation and shift creates. ✨️🌿

This is interesting..🤔🧐

From birth, your tongue is actually connected to your toes through an intricate network of connective tissue known as fascia.

If your tongue is not resting correctly in your mouth due to mouth breathing, things can get out of alignment in your mouth and the rest of your body.
Tongue posture can lead to a foot imbalance and vice versa because the tongue guides all myofascial continuity structures that run from the inner arch of the foot up through the middle of the body to the tongue and jaw muscles.

When the tongue sits on top of the palate, it seals the oral cavity and holds the throat open like a tent. These muscles support the neck, keep your posture straight, help you breathe, and maintain your posture upright.
Your tongue also acts as a rudder and support system through a fascial line, and when the tongue is down, we breathe through our mouth, and the head falls forward due to lack of support, which leads to poor posture and increased energy expenditure.
