SPECIAL SOUND HEALING ONLINE WITH JEREMY WILLIAMS AT SATURDAY COMMUNITY CLASS & SATSANGH

Everyone is welcome!

Join the weekly online Arkaya Community Class and Satsangh and take part in a special sound meditation with our guest this week, !

The first part of the class, as always, is a centering practice with Yogacharini Maitreyi, followed by a mindful embodiment practice on the mat, lead by Arkaya teacher, Sadie Bartram.

The final 30 minutes will be a sound healing with Jeremy.

ABOUT JEREMY WILLIAMS

Jeremy is an honours graduate of the Los Angeles guitar institute.  He has received numerous country music awards as a guitarist and songwriter. Jeremy plays concerts across the world in person as well as online streamed performances.

With training in music, psychology, and psychotherapy, Jeremy Williams has helped people from a range of backgrounds including war veterans, hospice care, sufferers of abuse and professionals subject to trauma.  With Jeremy’s extensive knowledge and gift, people experience a new feeling of freedom and joy in their lives.

By combining beautiful music and advanced healing technologies, Jeremy leads people to profound self healing all across the world.

Jeremy offers online music therapy for both individuals and groups. Jeremy has helped people find relief and clarity with a range of issues including: grief, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma as well as pain and physical illnesses.

The Arkaya Yoga Teacher Training is a full spectrum decolonized yoga teacher training which is focused on self-awareness, so unfortunately yoga's become like an exercise while the foundation of it is to understand ourselves better for the purpose of union, now what are we, you could say oh I'm a physical body, and then you could say I'm a bit more than the physical body, so I'm an energy body, then you could say oh I'm my mind, then you could say oh I'm a bit more than that, I am this expansive wisdom that comes to me from my forefathers, comes to me from the universe, and then you can go a bit more expansive and say I am the blessed consciousness itself, so in yoga we address all these dimensions we exist in, which is very very important, so right from the body to this cosmic consciousness is not only being addressed, understood, refined the body and energy body being refined the mind being refined but also integrated and aligned with the cosmic body and for that period of time this integration to happen around two years I feel is important you know, not a weekend, not 20 days at a stretch, you know you just do get a certification, so I'm trying to bring it with its original ethos to the West and therefore, these two years spread across weekends is an ideal amount of time for this integration to happen.
