I am Personal Fitness Trainer, and have an enormous passion for what I do! My goal is to help as many people achieve optimal health, and wellness. My gift is to motivate, and encourage women and men to live active healthy lifestyles. I will teach you how to Love Yourself Healthy by offering fitness, and nutritional daily or weekly challenges; exercise(s) of the day (EOD); fitness and health articles; motivation from yours truly; inspirational quotes; LYH words of wisdom...and much more!

Our Story

I’m Ebony Nichole, a certified Personal Fitness Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. You probably wouldn’t know it just by looking at me, but I used to weigh 200 lbs with no self-worth and I was unhealthy from the inside out. I made a powerful decision to start living a healthier lifestyle back in 2007, this decision turned into my life passion to help people who are unhealthy like I once was and thus Love Yourself Healthy Fitness was born. I want to take you from the darkness and into the light of God’s understanding and I want you to see how much you’re worth.

In 2017, I created a twelve-week Christian-based journey that trains you to delve into your Spirit, Mind, and Body to discover healing through spiritual deliverance. The Love Yourself Healthy Fitness™ journey teaches you practical ways towards complete, total balanced health to embark upon the path of God’s freedom. I’ve personally learned that choosing to live this way daily improves the quality of one's life and health, increased strength and balance in one's Spirit, Mind, Body, and decreasing risks of heart disease that all lead to learning how to Love Yourself Healthy.
