Yoga that caters to all bodies with some challenge to allow the stages of relaxation and meditation sink us deeper into our experience internally, when the body has been challenged and the posture is upright the energy can flow freely through the spine, the seat of the divine within each and every single one of us.

Yogas goal is loftier than a split, yogas promise is grander than body mobility, yogas ideal is the way you live a life happily.
The privilege of the body is to use it as the way to understand and experience inner truth, that being said yoga can be and is experienced without a body, without limbs, without a yoga mat and without asana.

Dark at 4, more evening reflection, the fire of my eyes quells as the seal of my lids. Which begs the question, where is my focus? Where am I going? Do I trust this inner landscape? Therefore I must close curtains and retreat in and seek

Is what your practicing right? Is it affecting the quality of your life? This question is something to ask, consistently. Dare I go on record to say if it’s not affecting the quality of you’re life, something is missing!
Some of the happiest people in this world are wheelchair bound and that is as yogic as a life as being on a mat inverting will ever be!
Inquiry is the inward process that defines yoga apart from other modalities of movement. Ask why, ask how, ask when, ask what is and isn’t.

Functional movement through the neck and upper back. Truly I was debilitated, depressed, limited and impacted in so many ways by neck pain and so I hear your cries if you’re in pain.
Avoid stretch… believe it or not, but think about the brain body connection to create movement that is optimal. Whole body integration of movement and as ‘new age’ as this may sound meditate on the area, do the slightest of movement, explore it, know it, deepen your understanding of the body. Self touch is one way to really get the knowledge of the tissues.

Neck pain is honestly the worst, I used to be there for many years, debilitating, depressing, complex and limiting. I am happy to share all of my tips I used along the way with you!
Some of these simple moves can bring back mobility, ease and freedom around the upper back/neck. Repeat as many times as needed and breathe as you move. Add a meditation on the end and you’ve got magic inside of you.

This body’s greatest desire is life manifested in itself. The body is the container for all things sacred. And remember, there is nothing out there that isn’t inside you

In light of our mobile, dynamic and itinerate lives, seek refuge into nature. Steadfast in your stance and the feet, the receptors of earth hear your grounding, plant them into the grasses and soils. Electromagnetically charge your inner battery, breathe so deep into your whole entire being, retain it, just for a moment, SLOWLY let it go! Composure.

The First Warrior
Warrior one prepared for the battle of all life ensues. Open, strong and greater in expansion than they were before. The enjoyer creates the stance to illicit the power rising up from within, bound by nothing, established in their concrete base and featherweight in their upper domain. Warrior one is the ultimate beginning of the battle of obstacles.

Hi there, I’m Georgie, I’ve stumbled across something in life that is a challenge and confronting yet all at the same time peaceful and fulfilling, its really as simple as moving your body, then the juicy ‘stuff’ comes as a product of the practice of Yoga, capital Y yoga because of it’s entirety as a whole.
Quickly about me, years ago I was in agony with back pain at the ripe age of 22 (I thought I was cursed) and I was recommended yoga by a friend and it was Kundalini! Kundalini as a starter is a very interesting place to start :) But to Maya Fiennes and my closest friend for telling me about it, I’m eternally grateful.
From that moment Yoga seemed to remove, one-by-one blocks in my way, preventing me from being the best I could.
So how do I offer this to you? Well I’ll ask you, how far are you willing to go in order to meet those said blocks that take us out of our innate true joy within? When we realize that the thing we are seeking is no different to us already, we tap into a true source.
I intend to offer Yoga that caters to all bodies with some challenge to allow the stages of relaxation and meditation sink us deeper into our experience internally, when the body has been challenged and the posture is upright the energy can flow freely through the spine, the seat of the divine within each and every single one of us.
