We’ve been getting requests for more restorative aerial yoga trainings! Is this something you’d be interested in?

In our weekend restorative aerial yoga training, we not only go over poses and sequencing for a restorative aerial yoga class, we also give you plenty of content and ideas for workshops and for enhancing your flow aerial classes.

By far our most popular workshop is our hot stones restorative aerial workshop, so we spend lots of time teaching aerial yoga massage techniques, Thai yoga, and juicy assists. We share an intro on meridians so that we can use them to enhance an offering by incorporating massage and hot stones!

We’re baaaaaaack!!! Felt good to get back into training mode after a 5 month break for & to recover from giving birth 🤰🏽 and ankle surgery (respectively! 😅) Congrats for kicking butt on your Restorative Aerial practical and for sharing in such a special practice with special friends 🥰 (and pearl! 🐶) 🙏🏽 Our next training will be Level 1 held at Aug 5-7 (there’s still space to sign up!)
