Waiting for you 🤍

In those final countdown weeks, waiting to meet your baby, it’s important to trust in their divine timing. Babies know when they’re ready to come. It can be so hard not to be impatient, especially when you’re increasingly uncomfortable. While it can be fun to try all the “natural labor inducing” techniques and old wives’ tales, the truth is that when a baby’s lungs reach full maturity, they release a hormonal cocktail that triggers changes to kickstart the birthing process. This marks the beginning of labor as the body prepares for the baby’s arrival, ensuring they are ready for their first breaths outside the womb. It’s a beautiful reminder of the amazing journey of new life and the impeccable trust between mama and baby as they work together to begin their journey earth-side. 🌟👶 Beautiful photography by

Beautiful true knot! ❤️🪢

Did you know that true knots in umbilical cords are a fascinating variation of normal? 🤔✨ While they may sound alarming, these knots often occur in about 1 in 100 pregnancies. Here’s what you should know:

🔹 What are True Knots?
True knots occur when the umbilical cord twists into a knot. It can happen as the fetus moves and shifts during pregnancy.

🔹 Safety First!
Most of the time, true knots are safe and don’t pose any risk to the baby. The umbilical cord is resilient and usually provides adequate blood flow, even with a knot.
