Ok y’all, some great news!!! I’m teaching a new class at a new(to me) studio in SE Portland!!!

✨Saturdays at 915-1030am Yin at Lighthouse Yoga on 92nd and Foster.

Class is only $12 for a drop in!

✨Yes, I will use some props because I’m a nice yoga teacher, but just know, this is not restorative yoga. It’s different because in yin we work into fascia and in restorative yoga, we don’t work at all.

I can’t wait to build up this community! It’s such a gorgeous space and it feels so yummy when you walk in and they also have amazing props!
