I am an Alchemical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and Intuitive Sound Healing Practi (The answer is probably yes.)

My mission is to use the power of hypnosis to foster positive change in the world... One mind, one heart at a time. It is my purpose and joy to share the power of presence, attention and intention to liberate energy, expand consciousness and integrate shadows. I attract lots of awakening empaths, creatives and artists, and am honored to lead seekers deeper into themselves; to teach people to master mind and manage energy in a way that cultivates peace, pleasure and patience in the present moment. The practice of hypnosis naturally harmonizes the conscious and unconscious, masculine and feminine, right and left, enlightened and shadow aspects of Self. Learning to access and navigate the state empowers you to step out of triggered emotional responses and relax into this ever-changing present moment: think deliberately, live intentionally and express the most authentic version of yourself. I have had great success helping people quit smoking and drinking, lose weight, calm anxiety, cope with depression, conquer insomnia, build self esteem and confidence, as well as overcome fears, phobias and undesirable habits. I have helped women prepare for natural, drug-free childbirth; hypnotized vegans to eat meat; hypnotized carnivores to stop eating meat... I taught a woman to drink more water using hypnosis. Whatever the challenge, I believe hypnosis can help hone any skill or overcome any obstacle. If you are not sure if hypnotherapy is right for you, please ask!

For eons, attuning to nature's rhythms, incorporating planetary cycles into ritualized practice, and creating community through ceremony has strengthened our connection to Self, Source, and the Earth Mother. Each month, as reflected in Sumerian mythology, Venus meets the Crescent Moon to create an energetic gate. These "gates" subconsciously our energetic/chakra system, serving as portals through which the creative, intuitive, healing aspect of consciousness may empower and activate our energy bodies.
Astrology is very much about cycles and ; retrogrades through the signs in eight-year cycles. You might contemplate where you were, what was going on in your life Dec 2013/Jan 2014 and Dec 2005/Feb 2006, as these dates represent the most recent Venus RX in Capricorn. Capricorn is about business, government, authority, boundaries, work, structure, legacy, integrity; it is the place where formless comes into form, where thoughtforms crystallize in conscious awareness and precipitate into physical reality.
Venus in Cap is the archetype of the Wise Woman, and the subconscious is incredibly literal... In Jan 2014, I began studying and simultaneously stood up Presents of Mind. March of 2006, I left my home, family, LIFE in Baltimore City to take a job in Atlanta. Seems this go round, I'm launching , a apothecary and virtual resonance chamber that helps humans awaken and affords the freedom to do what I do wherever I am.

Christmas cactus showin off!
growing up, Mom always managed to get to bloom. i inherited her green thumb, and cultivated my own over the years. it’s become an ongoing simple pleasure and curious joy to root cuttings and propagate succulents…
and i had never succeeded in getting Christmas cactus to blossom. until now — 2021 — one of the most gut wrenching years of my existence.

Venus conjunct Pluto resonates as Inanna + Ereshkigal in me: Queen of Heaven meets her twin, Goddess of the Underworld, after surrendering distortions associated with outmoded conditioning of the feminine archetype.
i’m holding space for a monthly {VIRTUAL} practice guided by Venus as Inanna/Ereshkigal to explore associated themes, unplug patriarchy programming, and surrender more deeply into love. we convene Dec 19, as Venus stations retrograde conjunct Pluto in Capricorn, the sign of business, structure, legacy, determination and power… a feminine sign co-opted by domination culture, toxic capitalism, control by fear. 🔗 in bio.

My quantum healing practice incorporates crystal singing alchemy bowls and Reiki to facilitate a process that unmasks your most authentic Self. In applying the inherent power of the subconscious mind, firmly rooted patterns and limiting beliefs are quickly modified with suggestion, story telling, guided imagery, NLP and Reiki. I can teach you to let go of looping thoughts, stay present and focused, manage energy, and ultimately move forward from a more empowered, clarified perspective. Learn to recognize, acknowledge, and nurture the voice of your inner child, while aligning with the guidance of your Higher Self. I attract lots of awakening empaths who are ready to prioritize and fall in love with the Self, as well as step fully into their power. I have experienced great success helping people shift from anxious, depressed and grieving to feeling safe, comfortable, and joyous in this ever-changing, present moment. I am honored to helping you let go of addictive behaviors and build intimacy, while deepening your connection to yourself and others.
