It’s summer, friends! And one thing I want to be intentional with this summer is my planning, spending, and mindset around meal planning! I’ve done my research, and put together a free 5 day workshop for moms looking to be more mindful, save more, and waste less on meals this summer - this is Meal Prep 101! ✅
Meal Prep 101 will include two posts a day - one meal prep tip that has totally changed the way I approach eating, and one recipe that is a staple in my meal prep rotation! You will also get a PDF with weekly planning sheets, grocery list templates, and a monthly recipe tracker to support your efforts. At the end of the week, my goal is for you to have your own meal plan built for the next week and beyond 🙌 The workshop is starting today and will run from today July 22nd to Friday July 26th!
