Jade Newton Fitness Helping busy moms find freedom in fitness and joy in the journey w/o restrictions! Do you struggle with self love? That was me a couple years ago!

Has health and fitness always been put on the back burner for you? Is your current physical appearance holding you back from living your best life? For years fitness was put on the backburner for me as many people experience in life. It can be so hard to make time for YOU, when life gets busy am I right? Often times when life gets busy the first thing to get pushed to the side is our own health and well being! Self love is something so many people struggle with, and trust me you are not alone! For me it prevented me from truly enjoying life for YEARS because of how incredibly insecure I was. Have you ever experienced that. Going into dressing rooms and crying because of how your clothing fits wrong in all the wrong places, yet still eating all the unhealthy food like my go to, FRIES and PIZZA because you simply don’t know where to start. Feeling as if you are too far in that hole to ever truly pull yourself out and change the way you treat your body. I felt lost, I felt stuck, I felt hopeless… I felt like giving up. But something deep inside told me that I needed to overcome it, I had the power deep down to CHANGE the path I was going down, and I could inspire others to do the same. I personally lost 50lbs and found a new found love for treating my body better! I graduated with my degree in secondary art education yet never fulfilled that career choice because I turned my new found passion for health and fitness into my career, where I now mentor other women in their own journeys to self love, self acceptance, and total mindset shifts. I am extremely passionate about the fact that women should love and empower each other as we all grow and build our own dream lives while overcoming personal struggles and learning to wholeheartedly love ourselves! I truly believe everyone has an amazing story to share - and it could be what someone needs to hear to change their own life! Tell me if this sounds familiar…

You’ve made the decision to focus on your health over these next few weeks, months, or even through 2024, but part of you struggles to believe you can actually do it.

You’ve been down this road before.

Whether it’s at the start of every new year or new month, you sit down and tell yourself “This is YOUR year!”, “This is IT!”, the final goodbye to the habits no longer serving you as a busy mom that wants to be the best version of yourself so your kids get the best of you and not what is left of you...

And try as you might, it doesn’t take long before life gets in the way and you find yourself returning to old habits and behaviors. You then start to feel guilty and maybe a little ashamed for not having strong enough willpower to stick it out longer than 2 weeks… You REALLY want to change but don’t see how you can when everything that you’ve tried up until now just hasn’t stuck! You’re disappointed once again and feel like you’re stuck in a rut.

Whew. It’s a lot, friend, but you’re not alone.

What I’ve found, is that when I fell into those ruts, it was because I was trying to change too many habits that I thought I needed to reach my goals. It’s summer, friends! And one thing I want to be intentional with this summer is my planning, spending, and mindset around meal planning! I’ve done my research, and put together a free 5 day workshop for moms looking to be more mindful, save more, and waste less on meals this summer - this is Meal Prep 101! ✅

Meal Prep 101 will include two posts a day - one meal prep tip that has totally changed the way I approach eating, and one recipe that is a staple in my meal prep rotation! You will also get a PDF with weekly planning sheets, grocery list templates, and a monthly recipe tracker to support your efforts. At the end of the week, my goal is for you to have your own meal plan built for the next week and beyond 🙌 The workshop is starting today and will run from today July 22nd to Friday July 26th! Have you ever been scared to do something because of what other people think? The truth is… they are going to judge you no matter what you do - so you might as well start building a life you really LOVE, right?

A few years ago, I started this BODi partnership to earn some extra cash to be able to fill the gaps if we are being honest... I was tired of having to check my bank account every time I went to the grocery store or needed to put gas in my car. I was terrified of what people would think… but I did it anyway.

Sometimes life takes you to the most unexpected places. This was never my plan. But I’m so happy I ended up here.❤️

In fact, I’ve learned that fear is an indication of where you NEED to go. Because nothing worth having comes easily- and change is ALWAYS hard.

On the other side of that hard change is a world of possibilities I didn’t even know was possible for me, and THAT is what I want to share with you!

Tell me if this sounds familiar...

You know that working out is important for your overall health and you try to add it in by buying a gym membership, hitting the machines, or by doing workouts at home you found on Pinterest or streaming random workouts from YouTube. And maybe you carry on like that for a little while but then life happens, you stop going to the gym, you spend more time trying to figure out which workout to do, or you’ve missed two days in a row and can’t seem to get “back on the bandwagon”. The next thing you know, the very thought of exercising or working out makes you want to crawl back in bed and hide.

Been there? 🙋

So have I. And I realized, after starting and giving up on my fitness journey one too many times, that if I truly wanted to stop feeling like a failure and hating the very thought of exercise or physical activity, something really had to change. If you’re reading this, you’re probably a busy mama like myself who is looking for more energy, and strength to keep up with your kiddos!
