It’s been an incredible week for us at Seven Movementsents—we’ve officially launched our platform into the world! 🚀

For those who don’t know, John Sinclair and I have been working tirelessly for years alongside research teams from the University of British Columbia and McMaster University to refine this technology, making it easier for everyone to fit more movement into their daily lives.

Our mission is simple: to help people, no matter where they are on their fitness journey, start moving more.

With our programs, you can spend 90 days building a healthy habit—just one minute at a time. Whether you're looking to get started or want to integrate more movement into your routine, we're here to support you every step of the way.
