This page is for mental health advocacy. It will point out the stigma and slap it in it's face. It will point you towards helpful places.
It will provide the sarcastic and dark comedy that the mentally ill community can especially appreciate. Please email if you have any contact information or pages that are helpful that should be pointed out. Also please email me if you know of any terribly unhelpful websites, pages, groups, etc, that promote the stigma against us and need to be "gently reminded of their wrongdoing"
