In setting a table, two essential considerations guide the process: the purpose and mood, —the theme and color palette.
For the first workshop;
The purpose and mood centered on cultural and personal expression. Participants were invited to explore their creativity by blending Islamic objects from the Museum of Islamic Art with contemporary design elements from restaurant.
The atmosphere was enhanced by the stunning flowers from .qa , whose variety added color and life to the event.
Theme and Color Palette
The concept drew inspiration from a flourishing garden — a celebration of diversity, beauty, and elegance. Islamic patterns, ranging from geometric and arabesque to calligraphic, girih, and star designs, intertwined seamlessly with modern tableware, capturing the harmony between heritage and contemporary aesthetics.
