The Warrior Princesses Project The Warrior Princesses Project is a transformative mission to heal the mind, body and spirit of painful and traumatic memories. Everything is HEAL-ABLE.

Healing does not have to be a traumatic experience. A safe place for people to connect and find the healing power within. Private tribe to develop a safe place to connect with others and allow your vulnerability to guide you towards healing. We offer on line workshops, one-on-one transformational coaching, private groups and immersion retreats.

Fear….you have all most likely heard about fight, flight or freeze reactions to stress or trauma. The fight, flight and freeze mechanisms are inherently good and designed to protect us from harm. The problem is we are not designed to remain in a constant state of fight or flight. Sadly, so many are existing only in these states with an absence of balance and return to homeostasis. The havoc that has been unleashed on humanity’s nervous system is horrific. With so much chaos and instability in the world, it is important to self-regulate and be aware of the powerful impact of a nervous system that is dysregulated and what to do to regain your sovereignty over your mental wellbeing.

Author Anna Sochocky is writing a unique book blending science, memoir, and interviews to explore the connection between autoimmune disease, childhood trauma, and healing through equestrian activities.
She’s looking to interview women (recreational or competitive riders) who live with:
Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn’s Disease, Lupus, or Thyroid Disease
