Art therapist supporting the wellbeing and mental health of children, teens and adults with a variet
As an art therapist I use the creative process to improve the mental health capabilities of my clients. My skills in psychotherapy and counseling techniques promote better self-concept, hopefulness and strength while encouraging the innate pleasure of making art. I am an energetic, caring therapist who has supported psychiatric patients go through crisis, children go through surgery and adults deal with difficulties in life such as trauma, substance abuse, anxiety and depression among others. My greatest interest is to continue promoting mental health through the arts with children and adults in need.
Drawing, painting or sculpting with clay can have major benefits for our mental well-being and help reduce anxiety and stress.
