Being healthy is more than just having a 'healthy looking' body. Body + brings you Inspiration for a I'm no where near perfect. BUT They are so implicitly linked.
I'm in my healthy weight range, but have struggled (do struggle) with having a healthy body image. But I'm determined to love my healthy
body. Mental health is really important to me. Maybe more so than physical health. You can't have one without the other! I have a BSc in Food/Nutrition and have a minor in Biology. Though I currently spend my days teaching high school students about Food, Nutrition and how to cook. I have a huge passion for chocolate which occasionally conflicts with my desires for healthy food! I aim to share my inspiration to love my body, and treat it well with healthy delicious food, and fun times moving my body in all sorts of ways and environments
