What a beautiful day for the ARK Healthcare and Rehabilitation at Branford Hills team to visit and tour the Connecticut Hospice facility in Branford. Both teams of amazing and dedicated professionals discussed the continuum of care and explored ways to collaborate for their current and mutual residents.
