We work closely with our clients, medical providers, and dispensaries to ensure our clients receive the most discreet and dignified care possible. Upon entering our program clients are referred to a physician who is willing to recommend Medical Marijuana to qualified patients if appropriate for their individual circumstances. Once a recommendation for medical marijuana is written our consultants w
ill assist the client with completing the Medical Marijuana application and verifying that all necessary documentation is attached. Completed applications are then filed with the DC Department of Health in person by a member of our staff. Qualifying Conditions
(A) Human immune deficiency virus (HIV):
(B) Acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS):
(C) Glaucoma:
(D) Conditions characterized by severe and persistent muscle spasms, such as multiple sclerosis (MS):
(E) Cancer: or
(F) Any other condition, as determined by rulemaking, that is;
(i) Chronic or long-lasting:
(ii) Debilitating or interferes with the basic functions of life: and
(iii) A serious medical condition for which the use of medical marijuana is beneficial:
(G) That cannot be effectively treated by any ordinary medical or surgical measure: or
(i) For which there is scientific evidence that the use of medical marijuana is likely to be significantly less addictive than the ordinary medical treatment for that condition. Use and Consumption
Patients are permitted to purchase up to 2 ounces of medical marijuana per month. Marijuana may only be consumed in the home of eligible patient or a medical facility while receiving treatment for condition if permitted. Medical Marijuana may not be consumed on the dispensary grounds unless it is a licensed medical treatment facility. Patients and caregivers must transport medical marijuana in sealed container issued by dispensary
