We will never truly accept ourselves and see ourselves as enough if we continue to strive to be a better version, even just 1% better, every day.

I used to see those inspirational posts and quotes about being a better version and ate them up like they were a box of dark chocolate salted caramels. 💩 , the healing community thrived off of it. But I don’t buy into it any longer.

If you are looking to live a life that makes you breathe out a massive sigh of gratitude welling up with tears just how beautifully everything flows, knowing with every fiber of your being that no matter what comes your way you get to be in a state of calm and peace while the outside world looks like a tornado on steroids… then you have to stop prescribing to this idea you need to be better.

Because guess what, it will never be enough. You will always feel you need to improve, that you need to expand and grow.

We absolutely need to do the inner work. But we also get to be good with where we currently are at the same time. Because at some point, we were dying to get to where we are now.

The healing work I do through Akashic Record readings, energy healings, medium sessions connecting to spirit, and my 1:1 mentoring sessions with my clients allows for this duality.

To be present with where we are, learning to love ourselves as whole now while simultaneously doing the inner work to show up different in life. The biggest myth that many people fall under…. Something outside of themselves is going to either A) come save them or B) bring in exactly what they need without putting in any energy from their end.

Can praying bring in miracles? Absolutely… I’ve witnessed it.

But praying alone won’t save you from your circumstance or bring you all you desire.

YOU must make a decision, and then take some sort of action no matter how small to start moving you toward what you desire. That might look like choosing to eat better, starting a workout, journaling, meditating, reading a self-improvement book, resting for once and asking for help, researching a way to leave ______, or getting a mentor to help guide you….

Once you do that, God/Source/Universe will start to meet you halfway. But it is up to YOU to initiate that change and continue to take one small step every single day.

The moment we get worked up and look outside ourselves for something else to come in and make it better —>> that is the exact moment we give our power away and lower our vibration.

That is the moment we allow all the fear, self-doubt, and any lower vibe energy come into our field —>> which means we will attract even more of this same energy (law of attraction).

There is so much empowerment knowing WE are the ones that get to CHOOSE how we want to move forward, how we want to do life.

Does that mean it will be all rainbows and butterflies? Nope! There are moments we will definitely be challenged so we can grow and evolve into a version of ourselves that knows how to navigate the difficulties of life with far more ease.

But if you continue to show up for YOU, choose YOU, move in a way that is best for YOU… that is when and how you take back your power and start living a life that is in more alignment with your soul —>> aka life starts to feel a helluva lot easier and God/Source/Universe starts to bring in more of these opportunities!

I've been quiet on here for a long while. Truth be told, I didn't want to be "seen" in this space for fear of what others might say who used to know me. Then I realized, how I do one thing is how I do everything. If I am afraid to show who I really am on here, I'm holding myself back in other areas then too.

Av Jorden is DRASTICALLY different than what it used to be. Most of you came here for my natural skincare line I developed a decade ago. However, it wasn't fulfilling to me. So I quietly began to pivot. It's taken me 5 years to fully get here, but I have seen how this work I have done with others has significantly improved their wellbeing. So here we go....

Welcome to my neck of the world! From a young age, I have been able to connect to spirits and read energy. Today, I am a psychic medium who is able to work with and move energy in the most amazing ways. The Akashic Records are one of my favorite places to work in for deep transformation and healing. And on the daily I am connected to various spirits who come to me for help or provide me messages for loved ones still here on Earth.

I have a deep connection to God/Source/Universe (they are all the same thing for me and I encourage people to use what resonates best for them) whom I get insights, downloads, & channeled messages from. I also am deeply connected to Gaia (the earth) and all she holds. Standing barefoot I can feel the vibrations of her beneath my feet.

Past lives are something I strongly believe in and I am able to help see the unseen of how they can impact us here in this lifetime. Part of my unique gift is that I can feel the ailments of other people in my own body which is why I can powerfully move energy to help people feel relief. The energetics I hold allows me to work with Shamanic energy to help others with DEEP massive healing. Now I know this will not be for everyone here. As I was cleaning out some things recently, I came across my goals for 2023…. And realized I wasn’t even close to ANY of them.

At first shame came running in, and then I remembered I no longer allow feelings of shame in my life… everything is a lesson.

2023 was NOT what I thought it was going to be.

If you follow numerology, you know it was a year 7 which basically means a year of deep reflection, transformation, healing, and facing our shadows.

And in that perspective, I knocked 2023 out of the park!

It was a year:
-I fully came home to myself
-I did the deepest healing imaginable (thought I already did this… boy was I wrong! Ha!)
-I built the foundations needed for this next year

This year is the year my witchy Matriarch era and empire begins….

And for that, I realize none of my goals I set for myself could came to fruition….

I NEEDED to fully break down and apart so I could break myself open to my fullest potential.

While I could have sulked in disappointment, I decided to go to my happy place and hike in celebration of the work I have done this past year.

It wasn’t easy, and at points I just didn’t want to go on, but it was so damn worth it!

This next year is going to be epic, I can feel it…

Unknowingly, we live our lives according to someone else’s story….

The way we think
How we react
What we think of ourselves….
The list goes on

So if we are tired of how life is going for us

If we want something different, maybe even know there has to be a better way

Then we must be willing to unbecome everything we were taught or thought we HAD to be

In order to fully become who our soul came here to create

It is a process
Sometimes it feels like bliss
Other times it feels like pure hell

This is for those willing to go into their shadows

To unravel and undo all the stories and the conditioning

In order to set themselves free and finally start living life the way it was always meant for you to live

The question is, are you ready? And are you willing to unbecome?

Recently I shared on Instagram that I am empathic and highly sensitive. How many of you have heard of this before or maybe know that you yourself are one or both?

It wasn't until 3 years ago that I was made aware of these two terms. And once I was introduced, everything became extremely clear and I started to understand myself for the first time. I had heard of empathy before, but being empathic and showing empathy are 2 different things.

These are just a few of the things that are "typical" of someone who is empathic and/or highly sensitive.

My 43rd birthday is fast approaching and these are the most important lessons I have learned this far:

You are the only person who can truly provide the happiness and peace you really want

Outward validation will only leave you feeling empty and lonely when it is no longer there

Lessons and/or trauma will continue to repeat themselves until you are willing to unravel them, work through them, and show them the unconditional love/healing they are screaming out to you for

You are the creator of your reality, what you focus on grows

Not everyone is meant for you, it’s ok to remove or let go of people who only bring you unhappiness… even if they are family

How someone reacts to you is a reflection of what you trigger in them, it has nothing to do with you

Responding to a situation will always support you, reacting will show you areas that need some attention

While there are many other gold nuggets of wisdom, these I feel are always a great reminder on days when things feel hard like today.
