4 MYRRH OIL HACKS

1️⃣ Rub a small layer of fractionated coconut oil in the rim of your myrrh bottle. This will prevent the oil from crystallizing.

2️⃣ Store your bottle in the refrigerator! Keeping your oil cold will also prevent the oxidation process.
‌
3️⃣ Fill the empty space of your bottle with fractionated coconut oil. This will reduce the amount of air in the bottle, slowing down the hardening effect.

4️⃣ Take an empty roller bottle, fill it 1/2 way with myrrh and the rest with FCO. Label it Myrrh and now you have a perfectly diluted myrrh that won’t get sticky!

SEASONAL THREAT TIPS: Oils, lymphatic drainage, lifestyle.
Seasonal threats are common and uncomfortable. Here are some areas to support and oil choices:

An example of relief may look like:
VMG+, EOMegas, Pb Restore, Frankincense Boswellic, TriEase with a drop of Ginger and Fennel in water.
Topically apply CedarWood, Geranium and Forgive across the nose.
Apply Lymph draining technique.
Swipe Lavender Touch way out around itchy eyes. Take care to avoid eye wrinkles on the outer corner of the eyes. Oils may move to the eye as you blink.
In a steaming cup of water, add a drop of supporting oils such as Lavender, Peppermint.
Gargling oils, applying oils on your chest, and diffusing oils are directly beneficial.
