As a multi-generational New Mexican, I cultivate a yoga practice of restoring energetic flow and focus on the reverence for balancing ones personal wellness medicine wheel. I feel it is my calling to help others cultivate release, will power and strength from the inside out through yoga and bodywork. A self-proclaimed energy maestro, I simply strive to help people rise and thrive! Instructing yoga and other movement formats the past 22 years, I am experienced in facilitating sacred spaces and environments for studios, spas, conferences, national brands, colleges, communities, performers and celebrity clientele. For several years I also served as a corporate yoga and fitness instructor for executives of Caesars Entertainment properties. I am currently Lead Fitness Trainer at The Spa at Red Rock Resort Spa and Casino, by Well & Being and Trilogy Spa Holdings. Off the mat I am a certified and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP) and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) promoting overall holistic total body care and wellness. I am also a trauma certified yoga instructor and Reiki practitioner. It's my life’s passion to help as many people as I can optimize their spiritual, energetic and physical health.
