Think of your hips as the main engine for all the twisting and turning your body does. They're designed for powerful rotation, but when they get stiff from being untrained, your body looks for help elsewhere.

That’s when your lower back steps in. Even though it’s not designed for heavy rotation. The muscles there work overtime trying to stabilize and move at the same time… and that’s when pain shows up.
