I was asked if Turmeric is safe for Diabetics, heres the answer:-

Curcumin can alleviate the following activities related primarily to diabetes: higher blood sugar levels and the inability for the body to respond to the insulin.

Easiest meal ever for you potato soup lovers out there! Delicious too might I add!
4 large potatoes, diced
Water, enough to cover the potatoes
1 cup diced onions
2 cups milk
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Must express something to keep getting my recipes.... Thank you

IF YOURE USING TURMERIC IN YOUR FOOD, YOU MUST ADD BLACK PEPPER TO ACTIVATE IT.

Additional fact: In fall you cut it down, take it inside and store until spring and hey presto she will bloom again next year.
