Hi women,
I am doing this class to help women around the world with peri menopause, menopause and PMT symptoms.
We all have different symptoms but some of them are very common like lack of sleep, headaches, joint stiffness, muscle cramps.
Yin yoga helps to relieve joints, relax, sleep, emotional release. We will be working with women energy which is connected to creativity so if you are lacking of inspiration for your business or life this will be helpful also.
In these classes we need to hold stretches for about 2 or 3m minimum to give a chance to fascia and joint release. Let me know if anyone it’s interested, send me a pm if you like.
These classes will be for women only with this particular issues. I am doing this class as a women’s group who want to connect and talk freely.
