Pascale Cork - Transformational Life Coach As a Transformational Life Coach, I work with those who feel outcast, those who feel unheard or that

I share with you because I am demonstrating to you that even if I am trained as a Life Coach and have the tools, I am still a human with challenges myself.

By sharing with you, and through persistent and dedicated self-work, I show you how I move through things and that moving through things can be done by any one of us - should we only choose it.

I am showing you that this work is a process. It can take time. But, it also took us time to get to where we are today. I am showing you how amazing this work is, and for myself, this is where I came alive. It is not always easy, but undoubtedly amazing.

I am showing you that exceptional self-awareness can be developed and that this is a gateway into personal transformations.

I am demonstrating to you, from one human, to another, that empathy is often taken for granted. It is not a given and is actually a super power.

I have always been "different". But my "different" enables me to invite you into entertaining different perspectives, which carry just as much validity as the one that you are attached to. I am helping you to open your own doors and that the fixed view that you have been watching is not the only possibility out there.

I am showing you that there is strength is vulnerability.

I am showing you that sharing is healing; that sharing moves the energy in order for transformation to take place.

I am showing you that I am a genuine Human Being, who genuinely cares.

By sharing, I celebrate who I am, my life and I thank whatever made me.

And with that, I gift you my blogs, and part of Myself.

“Like everyone else I am what I am: an individual, unique and different, with a lineal history of ancestral promptings and urgings; a history of dreams, desires, and of special experiences, all of which I am the sum total.”

"Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do."

A good friend of mine gifted me this book by Adam and Jennifer Young.
Here is the short story and worth having by your side:

"One sunny day, a young little shed, who once was white, had now turned red.
The other sheds thought that this was wrong. They all looked the same, and she didn't belong.
So Little Red cried now that no one would play. Feeling sad and alone, she wandered away.
She felt certain that she was the same as before, but her friends didn't treat her that way anymore.
"This change is a curse! Anyone can see. No one I know will recognize me. Maybe the trick is to not be seen."
So she hopped in a boat called the Ocean Queen.
Little Red pushed out into the great unknown, a little nervous at first and missing her home.
Then up from the ocean came a humpback whale, welcoming Little Red with a splash from his tail.
"What a wonderfully beautiful colourful shed. It's a pleasure to meet you, Little Red."
"Do you really think I'm beautiful? My friends think I'm strange."
"Well, nothing would be beautiful if we all looked the same."
So full of hope and no longer alone, the little red shed decided to head home.
With the help of her friend, Little Red spun around and made the trek back to her seaside town.
"I love my new colour," she said first in a whisper.
"I LOVE my new colour!"
Now much louder and crisper.
All the white sheds were shocked with delight, to see Little Red so confident and bright.
Then one by one, they ALL started to change. One green, one pink, one blue, one beige.
What was once a bundle without colour or hue was now a RAINBOW vibrant and true.
Now all the sheds cheered to the one they called Red, "Hip hip hooray to the brave little shed!"

People like drama. They love to complain about anything. After all, it’s a lot easier than going inwards. Inwards is big work. And, when we do “react”, we satisfy those trolling and prodding. They are waiting for your reaction and we end up giving our power away. Those prodding are getting the...

Thank You, 2020.

Knowing me, if you’ve been following me and what I do, this is likely to be a long post. At least, that’s what I am thinking as I write… There is more that I considered including here, but in order to avoid disrupting the flow, and to avoid over-complicating things, I will focus on the main po...

One upon a time, in my mid, impressionable 20's, an employee attempting to intimidate and bully me concerning a job that I held onto tightly, once told me that I was not indispensable.

She only got that about half right, and I don't think that she even knew what she was talking about. And back then, I knew no better.
But, now I do.

Sure, the physical body can be replaced by another body.
But, the unique identity of that person, the unique fingerprint that that person brings to the table can never be replicated by another - no matter how hard one tries.

So, yes, each one of us is irreplaceable.
Nature is incredibly intelligent and creative in that it never creates two of a kind. Just like every unique 6-pointed snowflake that falls from the sky - each one will never be replicated again. Ever.

You are incredibly worthy.
You are meant to be the only You that there will ever be. No one else.
And, never, ever be afraid of walking away when respect has stopped being served.

It took me many years to fully understand what people meant when they told me: "Believe in yourself".
From there, it took me a little less time to understand what "Speaking my truth" meant.
This is a process where you move beyond the fear of judgement.
This is certainly a high form of self-love, in which you end up lighting up from the inside out.
This is where one begins to honour Oneself.

Consider this.
There's 7.8 billion people on Earth. If we were all meant to be the same, surely one of us would suffice?

You are not meant to be a replica of another.
You are meant to be You.
Rise up and as some may say: "Help make this world a better place."
Or as I say: "Help make this world a vibrant place."

Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t written for quite some time. My passions throughout my life have come and gone. As a child and into my twenties, I painted. And, then for the longest time there was a drought. No painting. No creativity and no outward expression – as such. And, then mo...

It has been a little while since I last wrote, and I am grateful to have written this. My wish is that you may extract some riches from this. Much Love x

Our homeschooling journey began on the 21st of September, 2020. This was a day carefully chosen; a day of meaning and significance to us – the day of the Autumnal Equinox.

"May I be a guard for those who are protectorless,
A guide for those who journey on the road;
For those who wish to go across the water,
May I be a boat, a raft, a bridge.

May I be an isle for those who yearn for landfall,
And a lamp for those who long for light;
For those who need a resting place, a bed,
For all who need a servant, may I be a slave.

May I be the wishing jewel, the vase of plenty,
A word of power, and the supreme remedy.
May I be the trees of miracles,
And for every being, the abundant cow.

Like the great earth and the other elements,
Enduring as the sky itself endures,
For the boundless multitude of living beings,
May I be the ground and vessel of their life.

Thus, for every single thing that lives,
In number like the boundless reaches of the sky,
May I be their sustenance and nourishment
Until they pass beyond the bounds of suffering."
