Still going strong!
It's easy to say "oh, I'll start eating better" but the HARD part is actually sticking to it and doing it long term. 👊
It's all a mental state of mind. If you consistently remind yourself of WHY this is important to your health and your life, then it will become much easier to do on a daily bases.

The weekend is almost here!!! Remember to enjoy this time but It’ also important to be prepared. Plan your food, don’t skip meals—skipping meals can lead to unhealthy food choices…There are definitely times I get so busy during the weekend that I find myself skipping a snack and ending up STARVING and wanting to make poor choices.

DON’T do it!! Keep some easy prepped foods on hand like carrots and hummus, hard boiled eggs or an apple with 2tsps of peanut butter, so if you’re hungry and in a pinch, you don’t grab bites of the kid’s PBJ… :D

If it’s date night or you’re headed out with your friends…google the restaurant menu BEFORE you go to the restaurant. Planning ahead will help you stick to healthier choices.

Spending an hour meal planning for an entire week isn't all that bad!

The fact that I don't even have to THINK about what healthy choices I'm going to make or have to worry about spending time cooking or preparing saves so much time in itself.

I plan on sticking to my nutrition and upping my workouts to build even stronger, leaner muscles throughout the fall/winter months.... Who's with me!? 💪
